This is the blog for Duggie CMS, a hosted headless CMS for freelancers and small web agencies.
Duggie exists to fix one specific thing: the moment you hand a site to a client and become their content editor forever. In Duggie, the client owns the project and pays for it, and they invite you as Admin. Editors get a safe editor that cannot break layouts. You get a plain REST API, an audit trail, and no metered API calls.
What gets posted here
Product updates and release notes, engineering write-ups from building the platform, and the occasional opinion about client work and handoffs.
Who writes it
Dave Dugas, the developer behind Duggie Labs. Duggie CMS started as an internal tool for my own client sites and grew into a product.
